Niche Media, founded in 1992, is a subsidiary of Greenspun Media Group, and is the country’s preeminent regional magazine group, with the largest network of city-specific luxury publications in the country.

Niche Media has made a substantial investment to partner with Claritas, a Nielsen Company, to develop our targeted database. The Nielsen Company is a world-leading demographic, market-segmentation, research-information, and media company that includes ACNielsen, Nielsen Media Research, Spectra Marketing Systems, and Scarborough Research, among others. In order to receive a Niche magazine, a recipient must maintain liquid assets of more than $1 million, household values in excess of $1 million and/or $200,000 or more in annual income, and liquid investable assets exceeding $1 million. Individuals with disposable annual incomes of more than $100,000 are eligible to receive our publications as a part of our Power Purchaser program. These factors guarantee that our readers are in the top 10 percent of the nation’s wealth rating, elevating Niche Media to a category that is exclusively our own.

Exposure to Niche publications is not limited to direct mail. Through our partnership with NetJets, whose clients have an average net worth exceeding $25 million, our magazines are displayed in 60 percent of all private planes that are purchased or leased, with travelers having an average net worth exceeding $25 million. Our publications are placed in the vehicles of the leading private-car services around the country. The most prominent properties in each city we serve carry them in-room and at the concierge desk.
